30 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return or exchange of hair brushes/combs, trimmers, pedicure machines, and liquid hair care products, that are sealed/unopened in their original packaging. Some hair care products that do not have a factory seal are not eligible for return once they have been received.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE:

  • Contact customer service to request an RMA #.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories, you may re-use your original shipping box if possible.
  • Write your RMA # large and visible on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Send your package to:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping unless we made a mistake on your order (i.e. wrong item sent, wrong color, etc).
  • We recommend you ship your package through a traceable shipping method like USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 

Please allow up to 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Upon confirmation, we will process your refund or send out your replacement products and you will be notified via email.

For returned appliances such as hair dryers and flat irons that show signs of use or are missing included items, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed.

Packages sent without a valid RMA # will be refused and returned to sender.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange orders received later than 30 days from receipt.

If you are experiencing issues with an item after our 30 day return policy expires, you should contact the manufacturer of your product as you will be covered under their warranty for a certain period since we are an authorized distributor of every brand we sell.
